Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement product is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.
Approved exchange products will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, with original tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
